  I WOULD NOT recommend Dr. Noble. I agree Dr. Noble provides low to mid medical services. I have been going to her for almost a year and find nothing outstanding about her skills. She treated me for an ingrown toenail which grew back worse than it was. I have made several visitis to a podiatrist so that she could fix the terrible job Dr. Noble did. She never asks about previous conditions that I have had - only one at hand. Isn't a Dr. supposed to follow up with you to make sure everything is still ok. I don;t think she really listens to her patients. Also the noise between rooms is unprofessional and needs work - meaning you can hear exactly what she is talking to the patient in the next room about. There are white-noise machines that will take care of that - I even recommended them to her, but was blown of - budget must be extremely tight - look at the conditions they work under ...

  I would NOT recommend Elena Viterbo-Noble. She is not qualified as a Dr. She did not even get her degree in this country. I had to wait 1 hour after making an appointment that she requested. She was not able to diagnose my issue and had me get a CT scan. I asked her for an allergy prescription and provided her the drug's name. She did not call in the prescription until I reminded her two days later. When I picked up the prescription, it was the wrong medicine. What kind of doctor is that!
