- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪So glad I found Dr. Bates and his wonderful staff! Their office is so caring and efficient. My pets love them. I have been to other local Veterinary Offices and was not pleased. Dr. Bates takes his time and explains everything as he goes along. I have never felt that "rushed examination visit" from him. You can tell he truly cares about his pet patients and their families. The ladies in the office are also good to call with updates (if the pet has to be left at the office--which I LOVE!) And, call with full information and reminders.
