- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would give them a zero, but it is not an option. They might have been okay if I had not received a bill for nearly $200 after having already paid them $267, which I was told was the ONLY copay owed. My recommendation is to verify every penny you will have to spend with your insurance company first and then get a fee agreement in writing for that amount if you plan on dealing with this provider.
