  No matter when I come in, there's a problem. Today, I'm told my prescription will take 45 minutes. The pharmacist is out the lunch and there's no coverage while gone. While everyone is entitled to their breaks, there should be back up!!

  I called your pharmacy today to question if you all take Care Credit now. I know Rite Aid began doing this in some states. I do not know if it was the Pharmacist or a tech but they had no idea what care credit even was. He told me to bring it in so he could look at it. I did not have time for that so I just took my meds to a wal mart. Come to find out, that Rite Aid does accept Care Credit and it could have said me a lot of money. Incompetence that hurts that customer is unacceptable...Please Rite Aid, make sure your employees are knowledgeable on all current updates!!!!
