- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I used this office for my annual check-up because my eye doctor of 30 yrs was retiring and he recommended this group. At first when I showed up, I was quickly put into a room and was met with an eye technician who performed the basic routine eye evaluation and then they moved me to another room where I finally met Dr. Cullom. She quickly went through my evaluation and gave me her assessment. When I got up to the checkout window, I asked 'where's my prescription'? The receptionist said 'oh, that's an extra $50'! I was extremely shocked! I have NEVER paid to have a prescription written for a pair of glasses in my +40 yrs of needing to wear glasses! The entire reason for going to this group was not to meet Dr. Cullom, it was to correct my vision! Just like any other doctor visit, you don't pay an extra payment for a prescription! I can't believe that this group needs to do this to their clients! Don't worry...I work for a large institution and will gladly pass this information to anyone who is looking for an ophthalmologist in the future that they are fully aware of their practice!February 02, 2017by Joy Baber
